Workshops for everyone.
Blooming and blossoming alike.

Workshops are a great way to discover the beauty and joy of Ikebana without the full commitment to a personal lesson
Beginner Workshops

Perfect for newcomers to introduce you to the fundamental principles and techniques of Ikenobo Ikebana. These sessions are ideal for both adults and children wishing to try Ikebana before committing to further study. Participants are asked to purchase a kenzan and vase before the event. All flowers and greenery will be provided. You will be able to take home your finished arrangement and create many more at home.

Intermediate Workshops

Designed for students with previous experience, our Intermediate Workshops focus on developing refined techniques and exploring more advanced Ikenobo styles, such as  Shōka and Tatehana. Participants should bring their own kenzan and vase. All flowers and greenery will be provided. At the end, you can take the flower materials used home with you.

Corporate & Group Workshops

Experience the beauty of Ikebana in a shared, inspiring setting. Our Corporate and Group Workshops are designed for 3 to 15 participants and offer a calm, creative experience that encourages collaboration and mindfulness. With gentle, step-by-step guidance, you’ll explore the core principles whiles working with seasonal materials to create your own expressive arrangement.

Training & Certificates

Students who wish to pursue formal training may work toward Ikenobo certification, recognised by the Ikenobo Society of Floral Art (Kyoto, Japan).

Diplomas are awarded based on skill level and instructor recommendation. To have access to official certification, registration to the Hana no Wa London Study group is compulsory (which allows participation to workshops in London with our Master Sensei Kikuchi from Japan), plus Ikenobo annual registration, examination, and certification fees apply.
